At Holy Spirit Preparatory School, we consider sports to be an integral part of the school’s mission. Sports allow for the integral formation of body and soul, developing character and virtue and building athletic and intellectual prowess. Students are taught the value of cooperation, 牺牲, and sportsmanship and are provided with opportunities to cultivate and exercise leadership skills. HSP has partnered with Play Like a Champion to aid in this mission for our 教练 and families.
We currently offer opportunities for our 学生 to participate in numerous varsity, 校, 中学, and 较低的学校 sports. Athletes can play on more than one team at Holy Spirit Preparatory School; a year-round commitment to one sport is not required.

Athletic Accomplishments
Our teams have achieved great success over the years, and some of our 学生 have continued to compete at the collegiate level, an accomplishment of which we are very proud.

Holy Spirit Preparatory School offers 秋天, 冬天 and 春天 sports for our K-5th grade 学生 in basketball, 啦啦队, 足球, 和网球. Typically, practices occur immediately after school, with games on the weekends during the season. We’re always looking for additional volunteer 教练 to share their love and passion for each sport with our youngest athletes.

In grades 6-8th, 学生 can begin participating in many other competitive sports. 8th grade 学生 are eligible to try out for some 大学运动代表队 teams per GISA regulations.

Athletic Booster Club
支持 our student-athletes by joining the Holy Spirit Prep Athletic Booster Club!
The Holy Spirit Prep Athletic Booster Club has one goal – to enhance the experience of our student athletes on all three campuses. The HSP Athletic Booster Club funds will enhance our budget, allowing us to provide supplemental equipment, 训练, and programs to improve the athletics experience for all our 学生. These funds will be obtained through HSP Athletic Booster Club memberships, athletics-specific donations, Spirit齿轮销售, 活动门票, and concession sales.
The HSP Athletic Booster Club recognizes that participation in school athletics benefits everyone. In addition to financial support, the HSPABC promotes opportunities to build and strengthen relationships among all constituencies through the enthusiastic participation of volunteers, 学生, 教练, 父母, school faculty and staff, 赞助商, 社区成员, 校友, 和祖父母.
